well if everybody wants, we can stick a few other modes in there just for
the fun of it :)

there are endless possibilities
There is even 320x600 that can emulate 18bit color 320x200 with 192 of the
palette entries being shades of sole Red, Green, or Blue.
Every third line being dedicated to each different color.
That could be neat to support 320x200x32K and 320x200x64K on standard VGA
with some tricks ..
